2. KYC & Documentation

Before proceeding, we conduct a KYC verification of both parties.

This includes PAN, Aadhaar, and Demat account verification. This ensures regulatory hygiene and secure documentation.

3. Advance Payment from Buyer

Buyers are required to make 100% advance payment to confirm their interest.

The transaction is officially locked only after payment and our deal confirmation email/contract note is sent.

4. Share Transfer (via DIS Slip / Off-Market Transfer)

Once payment is received and acknowledged:

The seller initiates the transfer of shares via DIS slip or an online off-market transfer
Shares are directly deposited into the buyer’s demat account
KKS Wealth monitors the transaction end-to-end to ensure timely execution

5. Confirmation & Closure

Once the buyer receives shares and acknowledges delivery, the transaction is marked complete.

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the shares, the full payment is refunded to the buyer as per our contract note.
